Event
Coverage

We film executive interviews, founder stories, and customer testimonials with documentary craft and real direction. The result sounds like a person, not a press release.

The problem

Most event video is stale before anyone watches it.

You spend months and real budget on an event. Then the recap shows up three weeks later, set to stock music, full of wide shots of people clapping, and nobody watches past the first ten seconds.

Two things kill event video. Timing and taste.

If the recap lands weeks late, the energy is gone and so is the audience. If the footage is just coverage, a camera in the back of the room, it captures what happened but none of why it mattered.

We solve both. We shoot for story, and we move fast enough that your audience is still in the moment when the video drops.

What we can do

Two jobs. One crew.

Pick the capabilities that fit your event. Most projects combine a few of these, sized to match the moment.

01

Recap & Sizzle Films

Cinematic event films that capture the energy and give you an asset to sell next year's event with.

02

Speaker & Session Capture

Clean multi-angle capture of keynotes, panels, and talks, ready to publish or gate.

03

On-Site Interviews

Attendee, speaker, and customer interviews shot on the floor, turning your event into a library of story content.

04

Same-Day Social Cuts

Short, punchy clips delivered while the event is still happening, so your channels stay live and current.

05

Launch Coverage

Product launches and announcements captured with the production value the moment deserves.

06

B-Roll Library

A bank of clean, usable footage your team can pull from for months of content after the doors close.

01

Multi-Camera Live Streams

Switched multi-angle production for launches, keynotes, and announcements, streamed to any platform you need.

02

Webcasts & Virtual

Studio or on-location webcasts with graphics, lower thirds, and clean transitions that make a virtual event feel produced.

03

Hybrid Events

Built for the room and the remote audience at the same time, so neither one gets the lesser experience.

04

Panels & Fireside Chats

Multi-camera capture and switching for conversations, with the audio and image quality the speakers deserve.

05

Town Halls & All-Hands

Reliable internal live production that respects your people and your message.

06

Stream + Record

Every live production is captured in full, so the stream doubles as source footage for recap and clips.

How a day runs

Planned before the doors open.

Plan

The plan

We learn the run of show, the moments that matter, and the deliverables you need. We build a capture plan and a shot list so nothing important goes unshot. Camera positions, audio sources, and stream targets are all decided before anyone shows up.

CALL TIME

Setup

Setup

Crew arrives early and builds the full rig, cameras, audio, lighting where needed, and the streaming chain. Everything is cabled, labeled, and powered with backups in place long before the first guest walks in.

PRE-SHOW

Rehearse

Rehearse

For live productions we run a complete technical rehearsal. Every camera angle, microphone, graphic, and stream feed is confirmed end to end. If anything is going to fail, it fails now in rehearsal, not on air.

DOORS OPEN

Live

Live

A switched, monitored, fully crewed production. We capture the keynote, the reactions, the hallway moments, and the energy, while a dedicated operator keeps eyes on every feed and the stream stays solid.

SAME DAY

First Cuts

First cuts

Short social clips delivered the same day or next morning, while the event is still live in everyone's feed. Your team publishes in the moment instead of three weeks after the room emptied.

+ DAYS

Recap

Recap

The hero recap film and full deliverable set, edited, color graded, and captioned, on the timeline we agreed up front. One shoot becomes a library you pull from for months.

The setup

A signal chain built so nothing drops.

Every live production runs on the same principle: redundancy at every stage. Here is how the signal actually flows on a multi-camera shoot.

The menu

What we can produce.

These are options, not a fixed package. Take one, take several, or combine them into a full production. Every project is scoped to what you actually need.

01

Hero Recap Film

A cinematic event film, the centerpiece asset for promoting the next one. Length and scope built to your goal.

02

Same-Day Social Cuts

Short vertical and square clips delivered while the event is still live, when speed is the priority.

03

Full Stream Recording

When we run the live stream, the complete broadcast is captured in full quality for replay and reuse.

04

Speaker Session Files

Clean keynote and panel recordings, single or multi-angle, ready to publish or gate.

05

On-Site Interviews

Attendee and speaker interviews shot on the floor, turning a day into a library of story content.

06

B-Roll Bank

Organized, color-graded selects your team can pull from for months of content after the doors close.

Why live is different

Live is the one place you cannot fix it in post.

A glitch in front of a live audience is a glitch everyone remembers. So we build every live production on three layers of backup.

Power

Backup Power

Battery and UPS backup on critical gear, so a tripped breaker never ends your broadcast.

Signal

Backup Encoding

A second encoding path on hot standby, ready to take over the instant the primary stutters.

Network

Backup Connectivity

Bonded or secondary internet plus a local recording, so a network drop never means a lost event.

Scope

Every event is different. So is every plan.

Tell us what you have coming up and what you want out of it. We will put together the right mix of coverage and a fixed quote, no hourly surprises.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

How fast can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day social clips are available when planned in advance. Full recap films typically deliver within one to two weeks depending on scope.
What happens if the internet drops mid-stream?
We plan for it. Backup connectivity, backup encoding, and a local recording mean a network issue never ends your event. Redundancy is built into every live production we run.
Can you do hybrid events?
Yes. We build hybrid productions that serve the in-room and remote audiences at the same time, so neither experience suffers.
How many cameras do you use?
It depends on the event. Keynotes and panels often use multiple angles for clean coverage, while floor interviews and B-roll are single operator. We plan the right setup for your run of show.
Do we get a recording of the live stream?
Yes. You receive the full recording, and we can pull recap films and short clips from the live capture for use after the event.
Let's talk

Have an event coming up?

Tell us the dates and what you want to walk away with. We will build the coverage plan around it.
